We are Reesi and Anna-Liis, the founders of Realcoach OÜ. We are two young women from Tartu, whose lives were brought together by coaching. Our common mission is to motivate and inspire every customer. Together we will introduce and discover various self-development techniques that help find and rediscover a person's true inner potential. Each person creates his own future, but an expert responsibility partner helps to understand the current situation more clearly and supports them with conscious actions in order to reach the desired result faster. A coach helps you find your passion and set goals.

Our company offers a professional coaching service. In our service, we use a versatile approach in manager and team and personal coaching. Every manager and person is different, and accordingly we adjust and consider the client's goals and needs in coaching. In team and manager coaching, we help the team or manager to create clarity in goals, together with the manager or team, we establish an action plan and create an understanding of roles, responsibilities and cooperation processes.

In life coaching, we help the client to regain his self-confidence and potential. We create clarity and change a negative way of thinking into a positive one, get rid of fears and limiting beliefs. Life coaching helps you become your own expert. The company operates permanently in Tartu, but we also accept clients in Tallinn and through the online environment.
