The logo of the Unemployment Insurance Fund reads: "We support with finding a job and an employee!" How do we accomplish this mission? We offer labor market services to unemployed and employed people, as well as employers. Our employment portal offers more than five thousand job offers across Estonia, training is provided by more than 330 trainers with 7,670 different professional trainings. In the course of work-oriented counseling, the individual needs of job seekers are revealed, and in solving them, we use the help of artificial intelligence in addition to consultants. In our modern career center, anyone who wishes can test their abilities, practice a job interview, prepare the necessary documents for applying. Professional career counselors give advice in different languages. People who plan to start a business can apply for financial support, training and mentoring. In addition, we organize job fairs, recruitment days, seminars where job seekers meet employers. We provide advice and help for people with health problems to get and stay in work. As an employer, the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund contributes to the development and retention of its employees, which earned us the title of Dream Employer in 2021.
