Vaiko is a mentor/trainer for managers and teams and a composer (www.vaikohansson.com). He has worked with people from large and small startups to corporations. Vaiko's greatest passion is to study leadership from the heart level - how to grow internally through it, develop and create an organizational environment where everyone is inspired and encouraged to do the same. Experiences in software development, service design, various management philosophies and therapeutic practices have given Vaiko a broad perspective and the ability to deeply understand people.
