Jaan runs the company Stories For Impact, whose mission is to increase the positive impact of organizations that contribute to people's well-being and development. Jaan is highly valued as an analyst, advisor and public speaker. He is also a consultant for the social impact component of the Responsible Business Index and a guest lecturer at Tallinn University and Estonian Business School. With an economics degree, Jaan was the co-founder and leader of Social Enterprises Network (2012-2019), which became a strategic partner of the state.
