Anita Baumbach is an expert in the field of children and youth at the Health Development Institute and is responsible for the sustainable development and high-quality implementation of the VEPA Behavioral Skills Game methodology. Her tasks are development, communication, creation of educational materials and networking.

Anita has experience as a teacher, adult educator and teacher supervisor, therefore she appreciates the positive impact of the VEPA methodology on both children and teachers. Now, as a parent, she also experiences how the school environment can be made safer and more caring with the help of simple VEPA techniques.
