I'm a training coach: I help companies using behavioral sciences to create environments that support people's good choices - cheaply, with little time consumption and effectively. These choices concern, for example, environmental protection, financial wisdom and health. My professional activities are always somehow related to environmental protection. I have a master's degree in psychology from the University of Tartu. In the academic year 2012/2013, I was the marketing and communications manager in a student company organizing speed dating, which was the most media-covered student company of that year and took 3rd place in the competition of the best student companies in Estonia. In 2021, JA named me mentor of student companies of the year. In my spare time I enjoy running, climbing and reading.
