Having worked as an engineer and humanitarian, specialist and manager, at home and abroad, in the public and private sector, today I am the rector of a university of applied sciences and a professor of innovation management. My theoretical interest is related to innovation and organizational behavior in ICT companies and start-ups. Today's academic interest is to serve society by finding and developing talents for the benefit of Estonia and the world.
