Katri-Liis Lepik is an associate professor of management at Tallinn University, the curator of the master's program in global social entrepreneurship and a board member of the international social enterprise Skill Mill. Among other things, she is the author of the European Commission's "Estonian report on the social entrepreneurship ecosystem" and "Monitoring of Estonian social enterprises". She is the leader of a 39-country research network working on interdisciplinary innovation for social change. Skill Mill offers an environmental maintenance service by hiring ex-offenders. The company is in the UK's Top 100 Social Enterprises and has been recognized with two Queen Elizabeth II Enterprise Awards in the areas of sustainable development and opportunity creation.
