Marianne Kallaste is a TalTech lecturer and mostly teaches entrepreneurship, including social entrepreneurship and personnel development, at the master's level in Estonian and English. In addition to teaching in higher education, she conducts entrepreneurship workshops in Mektory for school children and other interested parties in Estonian and English. The main keywords of her research field are entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial education and topics related to personnel development. She is currently participating in the Erasmus+ project BeComE https://becomeentrepreneurial.org/, which deals with the integration of entrepreneurial competence methodology into higher education in different countries.
