Annely Tank is an adviser on education and labor issues at the Economic Development Department of the Ministry of Economy and Communications. She is convinced that the most impactful changes are implemented together - and preferably by shaking up the status quo: in unexpected formations and forms. As a lifelong optimist, she tries to find solutions where her neighbor sees a problem.

Annely is one of the creators and the first manager of the International House of Estonia. In addition, she is involved in the launch of the EdTech Estonia cluster and has been a co-starter of various pan-European talent and education networks. She is a founding member of the Estonian Association of Andragogues.

Annely's professional interest is development paths for Estonian managers. In her spare time, you can find her in a concert or theater hall - or on an exciting trip with a backpack.
