As the head of the strategy unit of SEB Baltic Banks, I am responsible for the management and implementation of long- and medium-term strategy in three Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). Together with the team, we manage the strategy of the Baltic division, gathering and systematizing information (data, customer feedback, technology trends, etc.), researching future business models and solutions, and accelerating changes and innovation so that SEB is valuable for society both today and in the future.
