Kersti manages the activities of the Heateo SA's Impact Fund. She first started as a volunteer at Heateo SA, when Estonia's first strategic philanthropy fund was just an idea on paper. Kersti is the main contact for initiatives applying to the Impact Fund, works closely with the organizations in the fund's portfolio and reports to the fund's supporters. As an impact fund portfolio manager, herfocus is on initiatives that create positive social change and measure their impact.
