Through the activities of Edu Akadeemia, Roland has given thousands of people faith and a test of how to bring out their real potential. He has brought world-famous actors to Estonia, such as Robin Sharma, Robert Kiyosaki and others. Organized Estonia's largest ever training, which brought more than 4,200 participants to Saku Suurhalli. Published the books "12 things that were not taught in school, but what you should know" and "My life's calling", which sold more than 16,000 copies in total. In 2021, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Young Estonian". In addition, he is an educator, singer and author of inspirational songs and released the music album "Better You"
