He strongly believes that Pärnu has several strong advantages over big cities, and the numbers of Gamecan, the game development studio that Marten currently manages, speak for themselves. In 2020 - 2021, the turnover growth was 700%, reaching half a million euros, and the turnover forecast for 2022 is over 2M EUR. His management style is very specific, combining gigantic ambitions, a positive work environment and high expectations from his team members.
