Merle Ojasoo has been teaching and researching business ethics and responsible business for 20 years. In 2014. she defended her doctoral degree at Tallinn University of Technology on the topic of ethics audit. Since 2015, she has been working as an associate professor in the field of organization and management at the Institute of Business Management. Merle has given presentations at many international conferences, written articles on the subject. She has family business experience and has advised private sector companies.
