Kaire Kuldpere is the environmental manager of the energy group Utilitas and leader of ESG issues. Kaire has long-term work experience both in the field of environment and sustainability in general. Previously, as audit manager of the National Audit Office, Kaire also dealt with sustainability issues during the audits of energy, environment, state infrastructure, transport and IT. Some of this work was international. Kairel has a master's degree in thermal engineering and a bachelor's degree in chemical and environmental protection technology.

Kaire is convinced that sustainability is a natural part of the company's development and vision and an opportunity to increase competitiveness. At the conference, Kaire talks about sustainability using the example of an energy company.
