As a team leader and dynamical organizational structures enthusiast, he is also leading innovative organizational projects. These projects include: building a self-managing organization, life coaching for engineers, focused mission teams for product development, cross-organizational idea pitching & voting system for developing the product, and Scrumban agile development methodology for boosting large-scale product development.
