Mait Rungi is an Professor at the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences (Estonia). He has over ten years experience in both academia and industry, including positions such as Rector, Professor, Chief Information Officer (CIO), Team and Project Manager. His current research is focused on organizational behaviour, innovation, and strategic management aspects such as transformational leadership, traits, values, absorptive capacity and dynamic capabilities in ICT industry and start-ups contexts. He holds a D.Sc. from Lappeenranta University of Technology (Finland). He has received several research and teaching awards including the conference honourable mention award and outstanding reviewer award and several of his supervised theses have received best thesis awards.
